Junior players are the responsibility of their parents while they are on the premises, children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. An exception to this rule is a junior or child attending for the purpose of junior coaching or club organised events in which case the junior player shall remain under the supervision of the Club volunteers or coaches.

Court Usage Terms and Conditions:
* A booking can only be made 7 days in advance through the AceBook app.
* Please arrive on time for your booking, use only the court that you have booked, and make sure to finish your booking on time as to not sisrupt other bookings.
* The bookers are responsible for leaving the court as they found it, please collect all litter after yourselves.
* No animals are allowed on the courts at any moment.
* Only tennis activities are allowed on the courts during your booking, usage of footballs, GAA equipment is not allowed on tennis courts.
* Please respect users on adjacent courts
* Tennis Ireland does not accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to personal possessions during a court booking.
* Players/bookers use the court at their own risk.
* Please use appopriate athletic footwear when using the courts.
* Cancellations can be made only through the app. Booking cancellations are non-refundable.
Insurance policy - Personal Accident & Liability Insurance
By using this Tennis Ireland App to book your court you will be covered by the following insurance
Personal Liability Insurance
Covering an Insured Person’s liability to a third party for injury or property damage caused during the Period of Insurance.
Please note that only persons indicated in the booking will be covered by the insurance. When making a booking (singles or doubles), please put in names of all participants so they are all covered by insurance.

Definitions:
Accident means a sudden external event which results in an injury. It would not, for example, include a pulled muscle, twisted ankle or heart attack. It would include, again for example, being struct by a tennis racket, falling over a tennis bag or falling while stretching for a shot.
Period of Insurance means while on a booked tennis court during the time the court has been booked for as recorded and paid for on the Tennis Ireland App.
