Junior players are the responsibility of their parents while they are on the premises, children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. An exception to this rule is a junior or child attending for the purpose of junior coaching or club organised events in which case the junior player shall remain under the supervision of the Club volunteers or coaches.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your membership with us please contact the Membership Secretary. Once cancelation of your membership has been received, you will not have to renew your membership the following year.
Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your membership during the annual membership period, you will not be entitled to a refund. You will be allowed to continue using the club’s courts and facilities until the membership expires, at which point your membership will not be renewed and you will no longer be a member. Certain circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the membership secretary.
Delivery Policy
Your membership with us is effective as soon as payment is received. If you renew your membership using this website, you will receive confirmation of your payment via email.

As a Parent/Guardian of Junior Member/s, I have read the Irish Sports Councils Code of Ethics and Practice for Children in Sport (www.irishsportscouncil.ie) and we confirm that we agree to abide by the Guidelines as set out in the Code. I hereby consent to my child/ren participating in the Tennis/Badminton activities of the Club in line with the Code of Ethics. I will inform the leader of any changes to the information above. I confirm that all details are correct and I am able to give parental consent for my child/ren to participate in and travel to all activities. I understand that photographs/videos will be taken during/at Tennis/Badminton related events and may be used in the promotion of these activities. If selected for representative teams, I confirm I am happy with the travel arrangements the club may arrange for my child. I acknowledge that the club is not responsible for providing adult supervision for my child/ren except for formal club coaching, matches and competitions.
